Ciudad de Mexico. The culinary celebration includes two foods originating in Mexico, the first one is pulque, which is made by fermenting mead from the maguey.
The second food to be exhibited is barbacoa, which is lamb or goat meat that has been wrapped in maguey stalks and cooked in an earth oven.
The gastronomic celebration will celebrate its sixteenth edition this friday and saturday and will feature several pulque and barbacoa producers who will exhibit the culinary elements in different presentations.
